Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Destinations We currently ship to the United Kingdom and select European countries.

Shipping Costs We offer free shipping on all orders. No minimum order required.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to track your order via the carrier's website.

Customs & Import Duties For European orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Claevo is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.

Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at contact@claevo.co.uk and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf. We ask that you allow up to 21 business days before reporting an order as lost.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order. Claevo is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
